There’s something about the written word that’s pure magic. Possibly it’s the fact that there are 26 letters in the English alphabet, and they can create something so beautiful or so empowering that they’re able to change our lives.
How important is it that we break suit and stretch our minds?
I like to think of myself as ‘unique’. My stories aren’t for everyone, and sometimes I may push what you believe to be ‘normal’. Normal is subjective. I prefer to be known as a person who’s never been ‘bound by custom’ but is ‘unique by choice’. Until next time

Yes, Master starts with a bang and it continues to completely grip your attention to the very last moment. The author, Margaret McHeyzer has you feeling so many emotions. The story is intense. It’s erotic and beautiful. It also has moments that are horrifying and disgusting – they will make you cringe. It creates all these crazy reactions of desire and despair within you. I felt a bit overwhelmed at times but it’s incredible read.
The first few pages of this book might put you off and have you questioning what you purchased but I hope my review can persuade you to continue reading. Ryan’s character and his story are so much more than that awful incidents of his youth – his journey to find his own self-worth and happiness is quite a freaking ride. It is worth experiencing.
I think books like Yes, Master expand your perception of how people find happiness in their relationships. Some might take Ryan’s choices as a sign of weakness but I actually thought he was courageous and brave to dare to try to give trust his completely. Ryan and Stella’s story shows that love and healing comes in all shapes and forms.
I definitely recommend Yes, Master. It’s a powerful and passionate book.
