Big eyes, scruffy face, brown curls – yes, yes, and yes. The man is wicked hot.
He’s also my roommate, and since I work nights and he’s at class all day – it’s like living alone at half the rent.
Then an unexpected night off turns into an unexpected morning in Marc’s bed, but it turns out we can’t even figure out the screwing.
This is not great news for Marc who’s going on a “bangcation” at the end of the summer – a whole month in France that he’s planned to spend getting busy with the women of Paris.
It’s also not great news for me for obvious reasons.
With both of us needing work on our skills, there’s only one logical solution to our predicament.
Told you I was screwed.

Screwmates is a sexy and highly entertaining book follows the story of two strangers who become roommates and then eventually lovers. It’s filled with hilarious calamities – thanks to too much wine and a few missed sexual opportunities – that will make you smile and laugh out loud.
For over six months Marc and Madison don’t even interact with one another. But after mishap at her work, they spend an evening together and it changes everything between the two. It sets into motion an almost outrageous journey of sexual exploration and friendship.
But Madison is hiding something from Marc. It’s a secret that she initially thinks is not a big deal but the longer it goes on, the more damage it can cause. (It’s nothing horrendous or evil) However, as I read, I anticipated the moment that it all fell apart because I was curious how this author would work it all out because nothing else about the book had been what I expected.
I guess that is what made this book so much fun to read.
Overall, I thought their romance was entertaining as hell. I really enjoyed just about everything in Screwmates with the exception of one fact. I wish we had gotten Marc’s perspective. I would have loved getting his thoughts on their time together. But other than that small detail, I loved this book and I think it is worth checking out. Grab yourself a copy today.
