Kim Carmichael began writing eight years ago when her need for graphic sex scenes and love of happy endings inspired her to create her own. She has a weakness for bad boys and techno geeks, and married her own computer whiz after he proved he could keep her all her gadgets running. When not writing, she can usually be found slathered in sunscreen trolling Los Angeles and helping top doctors build their practices.
I’m always excited when I find new Kim Carmichael on my reading device – I love her books. And Walk the Walk, her latest release was no exception. I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Luna and Blake.
Blake is a clothing designer who is in the mist of a wicked case of designer block. One evening out a women catches his eye and he cannot help but try and entice her. At first she refuses his attention. But after listening to him spew what comes across as line after line of BS, Luna gets caught up in the sexual tension and the two end up enjoying a brief moment of lust.
It inspires Blake to create a line unlike anything he has ever done, thanks to his new muse, Luna. Unable to walk away from her, Blake chases after Luna with an unrelenting tenacity that all women should hope to be courted with. She however isn’t so sure she’s ready to be caught or ready to put up with all of Blake’s quirks.
The end result is a romance filled with passion and drama. Although this is a quick read, it is a sexy and fun love story. Definitely don’t miss out on meeting Blake and Luna!
