book blurbInternationally bestselling author Chantal Fernando brings fans another sexy motorcycle novella in the Wind Dragons MC series, as rival club president Talon has to decide what’s more dangerous: facing down the WDMC, or losing his heart to a woman under their protection.

Talon has a complicated relationship with the Wind Dragons Motorcycle Club. He’s the president of their rival club, the Wild Men, but he’s also related to one of their members—who hates him. He could handle that, but he’s also got problems in his own club; someone is leaking information and disrupting their business, but Talon can’t find the mole. So the last thing he needs is even more complication in the form of a beautiful single mother who’s bolder than half the bikers on his squad. But he can’t take his eyes—or his hands—off her…

Tia’s always been a little reckless, up for a good time wherever she found it, but she’s also a great mom to her young son. So even though she thinks Talon is basically sex on a stick, when she realizes she wants to be more to him than just a club groupie, she has to take things a bit slow. Plus, a momentary attraction, no matter how smoking hot, isn’t worth risking her son’s happiness in any way. Is there any chance that Talon might be up for a more permanent arrangement? Or has Tia leapt before looking once again?

my review

5 Stars

Sweet Jesus.  I was consumed by Wild Ride.  This quick novella was both a gift and a curse.  I loved finally getting Talon and Tia’s romance but it just wasn’t enough.  I WANT MORE!

I feel like I’ve been waiting FOREVER for Talon’s book.  He’s the president of a rival MC – the Wild Men – as well as the step-sibling to Rake and his sister.  Because of that, this sexy beast has popped up here and there throughout the various Wind Dragons books.  He’s been like this tempting treat that was just not available for me to devour until now.

So I was definitely excited to experience Talon on his knees, desperate for more than the quick piece of tail at the clubhouse. I was especially pumped after meeting Tia in Rake’s Redemption – I really enjoyed her bubbly and quirky temperament.

But basically, I just loved these two together.  They have intense sexual chemistry, the kind that leaps off the page and makes you want them to surrender to their lust.  Plus they balanced out one another really well.  Tia grounded Talon’s wilder side while he feed the impulsive aspect of her personality.  It’s freaking awesome.

Essentially, they were hella hot as well as good together and honestly, I could not get enough of this couple!

The last bit of this novella dealt with the trouble’s in Talon’s club and it ended with a ton of drama hitting the fan.  It created a fun level of anticipation, making me look forward to Wolf’s Mate the next book in the series.  I can’t wait!

The Wind Dragons MC series is a top recommendation from me.  All of the various characters and their hijinks has kept me on my toes, craving more.  I love this set of books and I think that Wild Ride was a nice addition to the group.
