I guess it’s true what they say. What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas.
Or at least I hope it stays here. The Romantic Style convention was meant to be a weekend of raucous fun with friends, sun, and enough poolside margaritas to forget about my ex. But now, instead of meeting my fans and signing books, I’m stuck with cocky divorce lawyer Nate Wexler. He’s arrogant, infuriating, and I can’t keep my hands off of him. Judging by the state of our hotel room, last night was wild. I just wish I could remember it.
A pair of matching tattoos. A cheap wedding veil. Half an empty box of glow in the dark condoms.
What the hell just happened?

It feels like now a days (Jesus, that makes me sound old), the book market is flooded with so many options and a lot of them look so similar that it’s difficult to decide which ones to purchase. So much so that I almost accidentally overlooked Get Lucky because I read another book with a similar plotline.
Thank goodness I didn’t because it would have been a huge error on my part missing out on this book. Get Lucky was so much freaking fun to read that it made me want to run off to Vegas and find some mischief to get involved in. I loved Nate and Julia!! Their adventure was just the right mix of chaos and romance.
Nate flew into Vegas to meet up with his two best friends for a bachelor party and wedding. When you first meet him, he behaves like a jaded and scorned ass but you get the sense (or hope) that it isn’t his true personality. Julia on the other hand comes across right from the start as vibrant and really likable. As a romance writer she dreams about and inspires the kind of love we all hope for.
It’s basically a match made in heaven.
Every scene these two collide in is exciting and enticing – their chemistry seriously leaps off the page. It didn’t matter if they were acting out on their uncontrollable lust or knee deep in a verbal sparring match, you’re completely hypnotized by this couple and locked into their adventure to find out what happened during the previous 24 hours. It’s just awesome.
Get Lucky is a great way to spend an afternoon or an evening. Hilarious characters, crazy hijinks and a sweet romance – what more could you want?!? I definitely recommend getting a copy of this book as soon as possible.
